With the glory and riches reaped by Spartacus's victory in the arena, it appears that his long-desired reward will be granted when Batiatus informs him that he will be reunited with his wife.

(B) Well Batiatus officially solidified himself as a horrible person, without honor. Will he get his come-up-pence?

So now that the wife of Spartacus is dead, what will he live for? Will he live for honor in the arena?

I was kind of hoping that this episode would have dealt more with Crixus and his recovery. He seems pretty out of it in this episode. I suspect, since they gave him a love-interest story line that he will have some kind of future on the show. Or maybe not, I mean Barca got his throat slit. It would be sweet revenge if Pietros, Barca's lover, would eventually kill Batiatus.

Overall this episode continues my growing appreciation for this show. The show has rough edges but generally has enough momentum to overcome them.
