Notes
(C+) This is obviously Grey's Anatomy, except in a law firm. There is a lot of sleeping around going on and pending drama about to happen. The pilot is satisfactory and has a decent chance capturing the audience that ABC is seeking.
The pilot episode, however, was frenetic and hurried. It tried to introduce so much there was probably a bit of overload.
It did a decent job of introducing the characters and their associated drama but at the same time it didn't allow those characters or problems to breath. It made it hard for me to get wrapped-up or attached to any of the characters.
I like the casting of Clancy Brown as Hart Sterling, one of the major power players in the law firm. The other casting is OK and might grow on me.
I don't think that this is the type of show I am a going to want to follow. There is very little that is original about it. I really have no desire to watch any more shows about cops, the courts or doctors... blah.
