Michael thinks he impressed Jo only to discover someone else in the office caught her eye.

(B) Erin and Andy finally have their first date and Erin's step-brother, and roommate, gets more action than he does, despite the fact that Andy is wearing a kilt.
There was some fun moments between Jo (Kathy Bates) and Michael. Darrell also got a promotion and an office with the rest of the regulars. Does this mean that we get more Darrell? Let's hope so. Although it seems that he may be out of place in the office setting, with a tucked in shirt.
