Leslie is outraged when Ron wins a "Woman of the Year" award for a project she started. Meanwhile, Tom is desperate to find some money to invest in a local Pawnee club.

(B) Just the concept of this episode was brilliant. Ron Swanson is voted Woman of the Year in Pawnee, an award that Leslie pines to receive. Then the fact that Swanson would play it up like he deserved the award over Leslie just to make a point was classic Ron. It was also kind of sweet, in a weird way.

Are Ron and Leslie inching toward a romantic relationship, or are they just growing closer as buddy-buddy? Either way, Parks and Recreation keeps getting better with time.
